Llano-Cartí Road- Is located in the Eastern side of the Panama province, two hours drive from Panama City. Foothills species of eastern Panama can be find on this road near the border between Panama Province and Guna Yala.
Llano Cartí Road is one of eastern Panama´s best birding areas. The area features numerous endemics species of the Darién lowlands and foothills as well as several other hard-to-find species.
Target species include, but not limited to Speckled (Spiny-faced) Antshrike, Green Manakin, Sulphur-rumped Tanager, Tawny-capped Euphonia, and Dull-mantled Antbird.
